So... the towels are good overall. They’re soft enough, dry fairly quickly, and after a few washes they still look decent. They’re not super thick or anything, but they work fine for everyday use. The robe was the weaker part for me though. It feels comfy at first, but it’s a little thin, and I noticed some loose threads in the stitching. Not awful, just expected a bit better for the price.

The place seemed nice, and I liked that I could book online instead of calling. That said, the appointment availability was kind of frustrating. When I checked, most of the better times were already taken, especially evenings and weekends. I did eventually find a slot, but it wasn’t really convenient for me. Overall, not a bad experience, just a bit annoying trying to make the schedule work. I wish there were more openings or an easier way to catch cancellations. 3 stars for now.

The place itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the staff came off kinda rude and it left a bad taste. I walked away feeling like I maybe should’ve spent my money somewhere else.

I’m a bit biased because I really enjoy a good steam room, but this one was great. It felt relaxing, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for.

I did feel noticeably calmer afterward, which was the main thing I was hoping for, so in that sense it definitely did what I wanted. It wasn’t like some dramatic, life-changing thing, but I felt more relaxed and settled than I did before, and that counts for a lot. My only real hesitation is the price. It felt a bit on the expensive side for what it was, so I’m not sure I’d do it all the time, but as an occasional treat or when I really need to unwind, I could see myself going back

The place was clean enough overall, and I did see staff checking around, which was good. But this is where it got annoying: a few of the floors were wet and there weren’t any warning signs nearby. It didn’t feel like a huge issue, but it definitely made me watch my step more than I should’ve had to.

The locker room was clean enough, and the lockers was working fine. There were a few wet spots on the floor, and one of the benches looked kind of worn out, but overall it was okay. I’d still come back.

The therapist seemed professional and knew what they were doing, but I didn’t feel much warmth during the session. It felt a little distant, and when I brought up concerns, the responses came off like those canned apologies you get from customer service rather than something genuine

Support got back to me really fast and actually sorted out my question without making it a whole thing. I remember I was eating a slightly burnt piece of toast while waiting, and they replied before I even finished it. Smooth experience overall.

The water felt kind of dirty to me, which was disappointing. I also wasn’t really sure who was responsible for handling the issue, so it felt unclear who to even bring it up with. Overall, not a great experience.

The prices were good, literally hard to complain about that. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected though, but overall it was still a decent experience

Uh, I actually got in faster than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise.

I thought it was a good value for what I needed. For me, it felt worth the price and I’m happy with the purchase.

I visited abathhouse.com on a weekend and overall had a really good experience. Check-in was smooth, the staff seemed organized, and the place felt clean and well taken care of, which definitely made me feel comfortable right away. The only thing I’d mention is that it was busier than I expected. It wasn’t overwhelmingly crowded, but a few areas felt full and I did have to wait around here and there. That said, I still enjoyed myself and felt like it was worth the visit. I’d happily go back, but next time I’d probably try a weekday or go earlier in the day.

I went to A Bath House and had a good experience. The baths felt clean, the towels were decent, and the changing area was fine too. It wasn’t super fancy or anything... a few spots looked like they could use a little upkeep, but nothing that ruined the visit. Overall, I felt relaxed and I’d probably go back again.

I really liked this bathhouse. The pool was warm without being too hot, and the bath felt just right. I ended up staying way longer than I planned because I felt kind of trapped there in the best way, like I just couldn’t make myself leave. I’d definitely go back again.

The service was alright overall, but the communication wasnt the best. I had to ask a couple times to get some details cleared up, which was a little frustrating. It wasnt terrible or anything, just kind of confusing at times.

The site was easy to read. I could use it with my keyboard too. Some buttons could be more obvious. But I still booked without any real trouble

The showers looked kind of neglected, like they hadn’t been checked on in a while. Everything else was okay, but that part definitely stood out to me, not in the best way.

The massage was fine, but it felt a little rushed and uneven. A few parts were actually good, but the pressure was all over the place, and I left feeling not that relaxed. For what they charge, I expected a lot better. The price for that experience was kind of ridiculous
